1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use the OhoDeal. If you are using OhoDeal on behalf of a legal entity, you must be duly authorized to bind that legal entity to these Terms.
2. Understanding the Platform
OhoDeal is an online rental property platform allowing its users to advertise for property rentals, which could include houses, apartments, offices, and general real estate. OhoDeal does not own, sell, rent, or manage any property listed on the Site.
We neither endorse nor guarantee the veracity, quality, legality, or safety of any listing. All transactions and communications take place between the users only. You need to verify any information on your own before making any decisions or transactions.
3. User Content and Responsibilities
By posting any content on OhoDeal (including property listings, descriptions, images, videos, and user information), you:
· Confirm you own or have legal rights to post the content.
· Guarantee that your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe upon the rights of others.
· Agree never to post content that is illegal, misleading, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or discriminatory.
Prohibited Content:
You shall not post or list any:
· False, fraudulent, or misleading information.
· Listings of properties that you, in fact, do not have the legal right to offer.
· Content that is against the laws of Nepal or our Ad Posting Rules.
· Viruses, spam, or any kind of malicious code.
Submitting your content grants OhoDeal the license to use, display, and disseminate it throughout the OhoDeal platform and its affiliates worldwide, royalty-free, perpetually, non-exclusively, and transferable.
4. Moderation and Violations
OhoDeal is entitled to monitor content and user activities. We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts found violating these Terms, Ad Posting Rules, or legal standards.
Click "Report Ad" if you find a listing to be suspicious or inappropriate. OhoDeal relies on the community's reporting to keep the environment safe.
5. Safety and Transactions
While the service may or may not facilitate transactions, OhoDeal has neither the power nor the right to guarantee transactions.
You are encouraged to take utmost precautions by following all safety guidelines, personally inspecting the property, verifying information, and exercising caution in transactions.
6. Privacy Policy
Acceptance and utilization of OhoDeal shall be constituted by expressing one's consent to the collection and use of his/her information in the specified manner in our Privacy Policy.
OhoDeal collects personal information such as name, contact information, location, and device details that could be used to run the platform. Certain details may be even displayed publicly (e.g. contact information in listing).
We do not sell or rent any personal information provided by you. Nonetheless, distribution of information may be allowed in the following instances:
To comply with lawful requests or obligations.
To protect rights and/or safety and enforce policies.
Vendors who are working on our behalf (such as hosting providers, communication tools, etc.).
Ad partners of third parties (for example, Google).
While every effort will be made to ensure the protection of your information, enforceable against breaches and abuses, the very nature of internet communication impairs any such assurance from being provided.

All contents on OhoDeal (apart from those submitted by users) are owned either by OhoDeal or its licensors. You agree not to distribute, reproduce, or commercially use any material from the platform without prior permission.

OhoDeal is a platform provider and is not a party to any other transactions. OhoDeal shall not be responsible in any way for:
· The accuracy or legality of listings.
· The acts or omissions of any user.
· Any losses or damages or disputes arising from or occasioned by transactions or interactions.
Use of this platform is at your risk. By using OhoDeal, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Nepal.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold OhoDeal and its team or affiliates harmless from any and all claims, losses, or legal actions arising from your content or use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
10. Third-Party Links
OhoDeal may contain links to third-party web sites. OhoDeal shall not bear any responsibility for the contents, or any activity thereof, of such third-party web sites. Use them at your own risk.
11. Amendments and Termination
OhoDeal may amend or terminate services at any time. Our enforcement of these Terms may include suspension or banning of users who violate these Terms.
